Final registration to courses

Final registration

When you have your Erasmus+ grant decision (or you have other financial resources), you know all your fellow course participants and are ready to travel, you can make the final registration! We let you know soon, if the course will take place (there are enough final registrations).

You must fill in the final registration form for every participant in your group. We hope the contact person makes the first final registration, and fills in both the contact person's and the participants' information. Then they can share the link and each participant can make their own final registration. The contact person can also register all the participants. Remember to fill in all the necessary information!

Remember the VAT registration number if possible (owner of your school). You can also give it later.

After you send your final registration, you will get a confirmation e-mail. Later, you will also get some needed instructions (bank account numbers etc.). And notice thät the course is not confirmed until we inform you that there are enough final registrations for the course to take place.
